This paper analyses the proposal for a new reconstructor called Normalized Sampled Finite Sinc Reconstructor NSFSR different from the zero order reconstructor ZOR to avoid the jaggie effect. The proposed reconstructor has behavior more similar to the ideal reconstructor used in the original sampling theorem. Some tests were done in space and frequency domain comparing this reconstructor with the ZOR. The conclusion is that the RSFAN IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE ZOR. Studies and improvements should be done, but the results so far are very expressive and promising.
